2 X Converting Operators (Temporary Position)
We are now looking to recruit for two Operators to work at our Converting Site on a temporary 3 month contract. The main requirements of this role are:
• To operate selected converting machinery safely
• To consistently achieve production output targets
• To have a full understanding of quality standards and waste minimization requirements
• To highlight processing & quality issues to the Production Team Leaders
• To complete all required departmental data recording on time
Essential Requirements:
• Experienced in team-based production processes
• Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to work safely at the required pace
• Able to understand and record data through written and electronic means
• Good communication skills
• Good self-organisation skills
• Able to identify and communicate risks (Service, Quality, Health & Safety and Financial)

• Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business
• Has a positive outlook and 'can do' attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a team
• Able to use own initiative and look at better ways of working

Driver
We are looking to recruit for a Driver to work across both Coating & Converting sites on a rotating two shift pattern.
The main requirements of this role are:
• To load move and unload all inter site materials in line with company procedure
• To train and provide support in other areas of the warehouse department
• To maintain the accuracy of all stock by completing timely stock movements and by structured regular perpetual inventory checks
• To maintain standards in the Warehouse department.
• To work safely within the company procedures and processes, reducing risk where they are known.
Essential Requirements:
• Has an in date license for HGV Class 2
• Has Driver CPC qualification
• Good understanding of warehouse functions and safety checks
• Able to learn new skills and development in a team.
• Well organised, reliable, and extremely accurate
• Able to use hand scanners and complete system transactions
• Able to communicate well
• Able to identify and escalate risk (Service, Quality, Health & Safety and Financial)
• Able to support and implement plans and actions to mitigate risk
• Computer literate and numerate
• Has in date forklift certificate (balance and reach)
